Oh Tommy, where do I begin. You were the Headquarters lead Officer when I began as a Postal Police Officer. Always there to drop whatever it was to help everyone. You helped me along the way as I began my journey as a PPO. You made me laugh a lot and you had a great heart and personality. I should know lol, we share the same birthday. Leo until the end. Even when you retired other officers and myself in Headquarters always called you on Sundays to catch up. I'm going to miss you dearly. Keep the light shining.
