Thomas C. "Tom" Mettel

I am a cousin, and it was Tom's job to watch me after he got home from school. As an adult his bright smile will always be an impression in my mind. Condolences to his entire family in the eternal peace of God.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the Mettel family. Tom was a nice guy with a great sense of humor!

So sorry to learn of Tom's passing, RIP Uncle Tom.

Uncle Tom was always a fun guy to be around and will be missed by all. I have great memories of my trips to Dubuque to visit. Thoughts and prayers go out to aunt Emily, Bruce, Mike, Tim and all of the family. Uncle Tom, may you rest in peace and say hi to Grandma, Grandpa and Uncle Bill.

I was shocked when I received a phone call this morning from my nephew Mike on the passing of my brother Tom. He will be missed by all of his family. Was planning a trip this month to visit him. My thoughts and prayers are with Emily, Mike, Bruce, Tim, Jeff and Kathleen.

I was shocked when I learned of Tom's passing,Tom and I had a lot of great chats at work or if we ran into one another out and about he was GREAT man and will be missed by many.. may God welcome him with open arms.
