Yvonne and family, so sorry for your loss. Please accept my sincere condolences. I worked with Tom at BGE in the early 1980s.

The last time I saw him was 8 or 9 years ago, on the Westminster Home Depot parking lot. We encountered each other by chance, chatted for a while, and by the time we were finished catching up, somebody else who knew Tom came up and started chatting with him. I joked with him that I'd probably finish my repair job before he got out of the HD parking lot.

But, that's how he was - very well-liked by all who knew him! He'll be missed.
