Thomas Smithson Morton III

To Tom's family, may the love of friends bring you comfort today and in the days to come.
I knew Tom for over 40 years in my capacity as a defense counsel for his company and its insured ; I enjoyed getting to know him beyond work and see and hear how his family was so important to him. We both enjoyed pro football and talked about the same often, his including his beloved Cleveland Browns . I would text him every Miami Dolphins home game I attended and share tailgate pictures with him . We last did so on Nov. 30 and he responded with "looking good !" I will miss him. May he rest in peace.
