Age 85 of Apple Valley,

Passed away peacefully after a long battle with Alzheimer's on August 2, 2025 with his beloved wife and daughters by his side. He is survived by wife of 59 years, Lissa (Lethert); daughters, Molly (Kent) Wangsness and Ann (Mark) Panian and five grandchildren, Luke, Adam, Sam, Ella and Jonah; siblings, Paul and Paulette Muellner and many dear family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Genevieve Muellner and sister, Jeanne Beaudette.

Tom was born in St. Paul on April 18, 1940. He attended Holy Spirit grade school and St. Agnes high school. He served four years in the Army after high school, two of it stationed in Vicenza Italy. Upon his return he met and married his wife, Lissa. They raised their two girls on Jefferson Avenue in St. Paul and were long time members of Nativity of our Lord Parish and the Church of the Assumption.

Tom was an avid golfer, belonging to Southview Country Club for 30 years. He was a diehard Minnesota Twins fan and worked as an usher at the Metrodome and Target Field for many years after retiring from a successful career in printing sales with Weston Engraving.

Tom had a deep faith and an intense love of family, especially for his five grandchildren. The number of school and sporting events he attended for them cannot be counted. He was their biggest cheerleader! Tom was loved and will be missed by so many.

Special thanks to Suite Living Rosemount for the loving care they gave Tom and our family over the last 9 months.

Mass of Christian burial will be held at the Church of the Assumption, 51 7 St. W., St. Paul on Monday, August 11 th, at 10:00 AM, with the visitation one hour prior to Mass. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in Tom's memory to the Alzheimer's Association. A private burial at Fort Snelling will be held in the weeks to follow.
