Thomas Nilan Obituary
Born in Wilmington, DE on April 10, 1936, he was the son of the late James and Miriam (Broomall) Nilan. Thomas proudly served his country in the United States Army and was retired from Hercules after 47 years of dedicated service.
Thomas is survived by his loving sons, Thomas W. Nilan, Jr.; and Timothy Nilan (Rosemarie); grandchildren, Katherine Oyster, Allison Markey, Sean Nilan and Miranda Nilan; great- grandchildren, Cambrie Markey, and Chase Markey; and longtime companion, Luci Still.
A visitation for family and friends will be held from 9:30 am until 10 am on Wednesday, November 9, 2022 at St. John the Beloved Parish, 907 Milltown Road, Wilmington, DE, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 10 am. Interment will follow in St. Patrick's Cemetery, 460 North Union Street, Kennett Square, PA.
