Preceded in death by son, Scott; parents, Jerry and Iris O'Brien; step-father, Earl Johnson; and step-brother, David Johnson.
Survived by wife, Yvonne; children, Tim (Sue) and Beth Pannier (Jason); grandchildren, Katie O'Brien, Sean (Rachael) O'Brien, Ashley (Jake) LaPlante, Jennifer (Sam) Johnson and Abigail Pannier; great-grandchildren, Jay, Journey, Bailey, Macie, Kayden, Hudson and Bennett; brother, Dana (Ginger); nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
A celebration of Tom's life will be Saturday, March 14, 2026, 11:00 A.M. at Branch Church, 26710 W. 62nd Street, Shorewood with visitation beginning at 10:00 A.M. Family will receive friends following the service at the church.
A second celebration will be held at O'Brien's Pub in Rice, MN at a later date. Details to follow.
