I will always be thankful for the friendship we shared, especially back in the St,. Vincent days, and I can see Mike´s smile as he talked, joked or was busy making drinks. Or how Mike & my brother, Tom reached out to help put a new ceiling in out bedroom while Betty & I were on our honeymoon. Mike was always available to offer advice or to actually help.
