He is preceded in death by his mother, Ruby Ann Hartley; his father, Thomas Martin Perry, Sr.; and his sister, Karen Hall.
He is survived by siblings, Michael Joseph Perry, Eva Jean Martin, Melissa Ann Perry, Joann Honeycutt, and Nita Kay Duckett.
A memorial service will be arranged and scheduled at a later date.
