Thomas Breon Pierce, 62, of Salina, passed away Thursday, October 30, 2025, at Riverview Estates in Marquette. He was born March 24, 1963, in Salina, to Terrisa Ford.

Thomas was a talented musician who began playing by ear at an early age, throughout his life, he played organ for a multitude of churches and musicians from the West to East Coast. He was raised in the church and continued to work with churches in various communities throughout his life. Thomas' second passion was providing services to those at the end of their life journey. At a young age, he developed a passion for making sure that people looked their best at their final viewing. He worked with a few mortuaries throughout his life making sure people were treated with the highest care, dignity, and respect at the end of their lives.

Left to mourn his passing his mother, Terrisa (McNeal) Ford; brother, Paul Lewis; sisters, Angela Lewis, and Crystal Ford; nieces and nephews, Jamar (Brittney Niesy) Cannon, Tashianna Lewis, Latisha Ford, Terrell Turner, Victoria Ford, and Malia Zaharia; and a host of great nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Friday, November 14, 2025, at St. John's Missionary Baptist Church, 215 South Chicago Street, Salina, Kansas 67401. Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. Friday morning at the church. Burial will follow the service at Roselawn Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the family, in care of Heier Scott Mortuary and Cremations, 1920 East Crawford Street, Salina, Kansas 67401.
