This makes me sad, growing up in Ashford he was the closest person close to my age(4 years older) we played one on one baseball behind the farm house, I only won once. Played tonkas at the end of the coop, he had to help me over the fence up until I hit the Waltons windshield with a rock. I turned to run and he was gone so for the first time I made it over by myself and hid in the tool shop until they threatened to call the stateys. I swear the rock made it across the road earlier that day. I think Tommy got in more trouble than me and he didn´t even do anything. I could go on with farm work stories. Somehow I always ended up in small spaces and ladders disappeared. Even though we lost touch over the years you will be missed. I hope this little memory brings a smile to your face my friend. God bless you and your family.

Maryann I'm so sad to hear about Tom's passing. I remember playing baseball with Tom and the gang for Tiger Lee. Tom's old Datsun pick fill with empty beer cans after the game. How that happened is still a mystery to this day.
He was always the happiest guy on the team, probably because he loved it so much. Please take solace take Tom was loved and respected outside the family that him so much.
