Thomas Joseph Plochocki Sr.

Thomas Plochocki Sr of South Haven was called home to Heaven on March 6, 2025. After a long battle with Parkinson's, he passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by his family.
Tom was a metrologist by trade, but was best known as a gracious and selfless man of God who devoted himself to loving his family and living a life dedicated to Christ.
He married his childhood sweetheart, Wanda, on March 1, 1969. Tom and Wanda devoted their lives to God early in their marriage building a meaningful life on the foundation of their Faith.
In addition to building a life of faith with his wife, he instilled the Gospel in his children and grandchildren. Tom leaves behind a legacy of faith and Christian values to his son, Thomas Jr, daughter Denise, daughter in law Jessica, bonus children Tammy and Kirk, and his grandchildren Ashely and Sarah, Alexis and Adrian, Benjamin, Bailey and Bryce.
He was a fun-loving father and grandfather who enjoyed making "sweet" memories and creating moments of laughter with his family.
Tom grew up in a large family and was one of 7 children. He valued his close relationship with his siblings Bill, Pam, Patty, Sandy, and his late brothers Mike and John. He was known to host fun family reunions and sibling events to foster their sense of family togetherness.
Tom was adored by so many and left a positive impact on everyone he met. Everyone who knew and loved him will be welcomed to a celebration of life service to reflect on the joy and light he brought to all.
The service will be held on March 29, 2025 at the South Haven Senior Center located at 8337 M-140, South Haven, MI. Visitation will begin at 12:30pm with a short service at 1pm. Following the service the family would like to invite everyone for dessert and fellowship.
