Tom....This hits hard. Words by which you will be forever remembered include the following: A man of integrity, humble and honorable, kind and compassionate, seasoned with quick wit that brought joy and laughter to every conversation. A true friend to all who knew you.

Adrienne Alm. Sorry to just hear of Tom's passing. My German Shepherd and I would pass by and say hello to Tom and Stella just about every day...
our dogs were born 2 days apart, and we bonded a bit about that odd fact.
A great loss to the neighborhood. He will be missed by many.

So very sad to hear of Tom's passing. My deepest sympathies to Donna and family for the loss of a wonderful husband and Father. I lost a life long friend who I will dearly miss. His humor, smile and upbeat attitude was always there. A joy to be with him. Tom will never be forgotten by all who knew him. RIP Buckets! Tom Gilbertson

We are deeply saddened by Tom's recent passing, as Tom was both a friend and a business associate dating back more than 46 years. Tom was a genuinely great guy that one could depend on and work with. He will be sorely missed.

I will certainly miss Tom and his ever-cheerful smile no matter what the weather. Among us Montana and Altgeld Street folks, he will be especially remembered as the tireless organizer of our alley snowplow "cooperative" for all those years.
