Thomas Romans

 Thomas Alan Romans, age 63, of Columbus, MS, passed away December 12, 2024, at his residence. Funeral services will be Tuesday, December 17, 2024, at 12:00 PM at Memorial Funeral Home chapel with Rev. Ron Delgado officiating. The interment will immediately follow at Friendship Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until the time of the service.

 Mr. Romans was born October 19, 1961, in Grand Forks, ND, to the late Eddie Romans and Sheriea Chapman Riddell. He attended New Hope High School and graduated from the EMCC Diesel Mechanic Program. Mr. Romans worked a number of years for Cash Distributing and Mid-South Signs, and was a member of Vibrant Church. He was a hard worker and loved his children and grandchildren.

 Survivors include his sons, Scott Volheim and his wife Sonia of Anderson, SC, Alan Romans of Caledonia, MS, and Austin Romans of Caledonia, MS, brothers, Kenneth Romans and his wife Shawnna of Columbus, MS, and Michael Romans and his wife Toni of Brandon, MS, sister, Mary Kinard and her husband Stuart of Caledonia, MS, and grandchildren, Gabe Volheim, Mia Volheim, and Teagyn Romans.

 Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.

 In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Vibrant Church, 500 Holly Hills Rd., Columbus, MS, 39705.
