Thomas F Rowlands

Tom was one of our most interesting friends. From our first days together in the Peace Corps to our many meetings in the US, we enjoyed his wit, intelligence, and interest in the world. We shared and admired his love of opera and art. His wife Paula was a great gift to all who know her. We will never forget Tom.

I have many great memories of time spent with Tom, dating back to our grade school days at St. Pats and UHS, concluding with our being part of Sr. Regina´s homeroom in our Senior year. His incredible mind and talent, combined with a sense of humor produced much joy and many laughs over the years. He shared his God given gifts with so many people. A treasured memory is the dinner hosted by Tom and Paula in 2022, attended by classmates Ellen Davis and Jim McCoy. Rest in peace Tom. Ange/Marge Ford
