Thomas "Tommy" Russo

Thomas "Tommy" Russo, age 62, of Naples, Florida, passed away on December 17, 2025, just days after celebrating his birthday. He leaves behind a powerful legacy of kindness, encouragement, and genuine care for others.

Tommy was the owner of Russo Watch, a private security company serving the Naples community, where he was known for his professionalism, integrity, and unwavering commitment to protecting and helping others. His work reflected who he was at his core; dependable, compassionate, and deeply devoted to the well-being of those around him.

Tommy was widely loved for his kind heart and uplifting spirit. He had a rare ability to make people feel seen, valued, and supported, often offering words of encouragement exactly when they were needed most. One of his most remarkable habits was his nightly tradition of sending a simple "Goodnight" text to more than 600 people every evening, a small but powerful gesture that became a source of comfort and connection for countless friends, family members, and acquaintances.

Above all, Tommy had a deep love for his pets. He was preceded in death by his beloved pet Robbie, and is survived by Faye, who has been adopted and lovingly cared for by a close friend of Tommy. His bond with his pets reflected his gentle heart and his capacity for loyalty and unconditional love.

In keeping with Tommy's wishes, his body was donated to science, and his organs and tissues were donated to help others. Cremation will follow, and a Celebration of Life service will be announced at a later date.
