Thomas Schoonmaker

I am soo saddened to find out today, when I was trying to reconnect after being gone for 4 years, Tom left this earth for greater things. He was an amazing man, who I cherished professionally and personally, who always had a smile and time for conversation. He helped me set up bank accts for my boys when each went off to school in Louisiana and Western. He was there at a moments notice when they reached out to him for financial help and guidance. I would stop by, no reason needed he would say, and share pictures and conversation. I told him when I came back to Charlotte I would reach out to him. Today, I tried only to find he was gone. To this world a true loss, for heaven, where I have no doubt he is, a gem to have him. For those he knew, he touched and enriched our lives, for those who didnt have the pleasure a true loss. For his family and close personal friends I will continue to pray for him and each of you. May he truly rest in peace...
