Thomas Scripp Obituary
February 24, 1956 - March 27, 2025
Derby, Kansas - Scripp, Thomas, 69, retired co-owner of K-15 Auto Sales (formerly K-15 Auto Salvage), passed away on March 27, 2025 after a short battle with brain cancer. Tom is preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Marianne, and brother, Dennis. Survivors include brother Robert, sons Brad (Jana), Eric (Brianna), four grandchildren, former spouse Anna, and companion Gail Mayfield. A Celebration of Life will be held at a future time. Tom and me go back a long way working at Sandy's and Hardees at 16 yrs. old on So. Seneca. Wichita, Ks.
I'll never forget, I had a 61 Volkswagen, and he bought a new 72 Volkswagen had A.C. and the works.
He got into cars started buying Mustang Shelbys, sold me a 61 MGM. And then went on from there and
had a great respectfully business on K-15. Burt out on hamburgers.
What a great man he became, I always thought of him often. He will be remembered and missed my many.

I went to school with Tom. I still laugh and tell some of the stories that happened back then. He was a good guy for sure. I'll miss him. RIP Buddy.

I've known Tom for 40+ years. I'm very sorry to hear of his passing. He was a straight shooter and I bought many parts from him back in day. RIP Tom.
