Thomas Sippel Obituary
Tom was a life-long resident of Penfield, NY. He served in the Army Reserves from 1958 – 1960. Tom was a 60 year member of Sheet Metal Workers Union Local 46. He also was very active in their 4 & 6 Social Club. Tom had a passion for designing, building, and fabricating things. He was always working on a new project or helping family and friends with their projects. In his younger years, Tom enjoyed camping, motorcycles, and boating. In his later years, he was passionate about fishing and spending time with his grandchildren and friends.
Mass of Christian Burial 10:30AM Thursday, January 15, 2026, at Holy Trinity Church, 1460 Ridge Rd., Webster. Interment at Holy Trinity Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Webster Comfort Care Home, 700 Holt Rd., Webster, NY 14580, or Holy Trinity Church, 1460 Ridge Rd., Webster, NY 14580. Willard H. I cut Tom´s hair at comb and razor barbershop for many years. Seeing this really hurts my heart knowing I´ll never get his call or see him in my chair again. I was wondering about him just this week. He was the sweetest man and I enjoyed all of our conversations together. I will truly miss him so much.

Tom was always my early-morning fishing neighbor. Before the sun was awake, we would sit on neighboring docks comparing our perch catches and talking about "poor man´s lobster" recipes. Those quiet mornings and conversations were a meaningful part of my childhood, and Tom was a true staple of those memories. I will always cherish the time we spent together. My deepest condolences to his family and loved ones.
