In Loving Memory of

Thomas "Tommy" Charles Squires

"Yom" to his daughters

March 1, 1948 – August 28, 2025

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Thomas "Tommy" Charles Squires-who passed away at Manchester Hospital on Thursday, August 28, 2025. A devoted father, loving husband, brother, and proud grandfather, Tom's legacy lives on in the lives he touched and the family he cherished.

Born in Hartford, Connecticut, Tom spent most of his career as a dedicated truck driver. He was a passionate fan of the New York Giants and Boston Red Sox, never missing a chance to cheer on his favorite teams.

Tom is survived by his beloved wife, Victoria Park; his daughters, Jennifer Squires and her wife Aimee Peterson, Lori Squires and her partner Henry Edwin; his bonus daughter Colleen Godino and her husband Michael Godino; and his treasured granddaughters, Shyanne and Zaylee Franklin. He also leaves behind his brothers Barry Squires and his wife Sue, Richard Squires and his wife Carmen, Michael Squires and his partner Deb, Christopher Squires, and his brother-in-law Rusty Park, along with nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was predeceased by his mother, Barbara Meany Squires; father, William Squires; and brother, Ronald Squires.

More than anything, Tom was a father who raised two strong, successful daughters on his own. His selfless sacrifices and unwavering love ensured they had every opportunity for a better life.

He will be remembered for his feisty spirit, unforgettable sense of humor, and signature catchphrases: "Word to your mother" and "Whatever."
