Thomas was born on December 23, 1966 and passed away on Thursday, December 29, 2016. Thomas was a resident of Stafford, New York at the time of his passing. Tom was a proud U.S. Army Veteran. He was married to Lori Pietrzykowski Steffenilla. Family and friends are invited to attend his Rite of Christian Burial on Saturday, Dec. 31 at 11:00 A.M. at Our Lady of Mercy Parish, St. Peter's Church, 44 Lake Street, LeRoy. Interment with military honors will be private. Rite of Christian Burial 11:00 am Saturday, December 31, 2016 Our Lady of Mercy Parish - St. Peter's Church 44 Lake Street LeRoy, New York, United States. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Tom's family in order to establish education funds for his children. Print.

I had the pleasure of serving with Tom in the service. We both went to Advanced training together for 9 months along with 1 other David Hoffman. We were a fun group that had some of our best times together. I truly am sorry to hear this news almost 3 years later. My condolences go to Tom's family and friends.

I had the pleasure of meeting Tom last year. Though I only knew him for a short while I cannot help but feel saddened for his families loss. I truly am sorry to hear of this, I only just found out. My heartfelt condolences go out to Tom's family and friends.
