Thomas Joseph Stein, 93, of Maineville, Ohio, went to be with the Lord on June 4, 2025. Tom was born on January 12, 1932 and raised in Celina, Ohio. He served honorably with the U.S. Army in Korea and graduated from The Ohio State University. He was an independent insurance agent with Union Central Life Insurance Company, Ohio National Life Insurance Company, and Tom Stein Insurance. Tom was a longtime ruling elder in the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA), and he served on the board of the Insurance, Annuities and Relief (IAR) agency for the PCA. In recent years, he was a member of Faith Bible Church.
Tom is survived by his wife of 65 years, Jessie Anna (Mountel) Stein, daughter Sharon Ann Stein, son Thomas Joseph Stein, Jr. (wife Beth Ann), grandchildren Taylor Borden Stein (wife Brittany), Andrew Thomas Stein, and Emily Sharon Dawes (husband Corey), great-grandchildren Eden Joy Stein and Jonah Thomas Stein, and sister Mary Margaret Dresher. He was preceded in death by his brothers Jerry and Bill.
Visitation for Thomas Stein will be Friday, June 13 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Faith Bible Church, 8130 E Kemper Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45249. A funeral service will follow at 12:00 p.m., officiated by Pastor Wayne Lowe of Faith Bible Church. There will be a private burial with military honors.
