Thomas J. Stephenson, Jr., 57, of Lewisburg, entered into rest on Saturday, May 10, 2025, at Wellspan Evangelical Community Hospital.
Born on August 11, 1967, he was the son of the late Thomas J. Stephenson Sr and Lillian (Drake) Stephenson.
Thomas was a graduate of Kittatinny Regional High School and attended college at Allegheny County Community College to study criminal justice. Thomas was a talented cook and held various positions in the food service industry throughout the years, particularly as a chef at Bucknell University's Phi Gamma Delta fraternity house, the Old Corner Hotel in Williamsport, and the Bucknell Country Club.
Thomas was an avid fisherman and enjoyed boating, landscaping, and spending time with his beloved rescue pit bull boxer mix, Dabbs. He was also passionate about his faith and his relationship with the Lord. Thomas was known for his generous and caring spirit, always ready to lend a helping hand to those in need. He will be best remembered for his goofy grin and the infectious nature of his playful spirit.
He is survived by his daughter, Sydney Stephenson of Pittsburgh, his lifelong friend, David Jennings of Lewisburg, his aunt Norma Drake of Milford, PA, his aunt Faye and Uncle Richard Hasz of Hummelstown, PA, and several cousins.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his grandmother, Marietta Stephenson; his grandfather, William Stephenson; his grandmother, Matilda Drake; his grandfather, Godfrey Drake Sr.; his uncle, Godfrey Drake Jr.; and his cousin, Todd Hasz.
Family and friends are invited to a memorial service on Tuesday, May 20th, at 6:00 PM at Community Christian Church in Mifflinburg, PA, for a celebration of his life.
Interment will be in the Milford Cemetery at a later date.
