Thomas Swalm Obituary
Thomas Allen Swalm-beloved father, grandfather, brother and friend passed away peacefully in San Antonio, Texas on January 16, 2025 at the age of 71. Born on February 3, 1953 in Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania to Marie and Ray Swalm, Tom graduated from Robert E. Lee High School in San Antonio, Texas and attended Southwest Texas State University; He was a skilled repairman, gifted educator and caring mentor to many. Tom was devout in his faith and cared deeply for his family, friends and all those that he held dear.
He is preceded in death by his parents and brother Brian.
Survivors include his sons, Chris and Mark; daughter's-in-law Shannon and Yesenia; grandchildren, Tucker, Hailee, Kyndal, Abraham, Adam and Abigail; brothers, Bradley and Tim; sister's-in-law Patricia and Cathy; numerous other family and friends.
At Tom's request, a private graveside burial will take place with immediate family.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his honor to The Texas Ramp Project.
