I began my career at AP Parts in 1968, where Tom was already a force of nature. A few years later, I rejoined AP when Tom hired me to fill his old position as advertising manager. I never forgot the lessons he taught me, chief among them, You can't dance at your own party. He was a tough and generous leader.

Sadly I never had the opportunity to meet Tom, but as a friend and golf pal to Todd for many years, he often spoke of his father's great passion for golf. Those comments resonated with me. Thank you to Tom and Todd for stirring the fond memories of my time on the course with my long departed father!
My prayers and condolences to the entire extended Thibert family as they mourn their loss AND celebrate a Life Well Lived.

I am sadden to learn of Tom's passing and offer my deep heartfelt condolences to his family. Tom and Jim Hall were a great team working creatively and arduously while maintaining a high spirit to all employees.
As Chair of the Board and CEO of AP parts during the eighties I very much enjoyed sharing the many accomplishments as well as the joyful "go get em" spirit demonstrated.
My thoughts and prayers are with him and entire family.
