we are so saddened by your loss.
we had no idea he was ill.
i wish we could be there but i'm just out of the hospital from surgery .

Larry and I are sorry for your loss. We saw the notice in the paper this morning. We will not be able to attend the services due to being out of town for a granddaughter's concert in Kansas City. We will be thinking of you and your family at this time of loss.
