Thomas "Tom" Harry Rosling

Jo, we were so sorry to hear of Tom's passing. When Sari called and told me, it was one of those messages that we couldn't believe. I'm sorry that I'm not there and able to provide some small amount of support but we know you're in good hands with family members and others in the community. Certainly if there is anything that Sari can help with please let her know. I will be back in August and will definitely call on you.

For Tom, I am positive we will constantly be pulled by his presence when we pass the house on our morning walks. I don't need to tell you that he was an incredible person and we were lucky to know him. Our walks with Charlie, his stories of skiing in Colorado, his military exploits, his love of cars, and his pride in you are now part of our wonderful memories of him. I understand he passed peacefully and that's a good thing. It just happened too soon.

In the days ahead, should the need arise please do not hesitate to call on us.
