Thomas Trochelman

Thomas C. Trochelman, age 61, of Miamisburg, Ohio, passed away, Sunday December 29, 2024, at Kettering Medical Center, after a brief illness, with loving family by his side. He was born in Dayton, Ohio, on February 8, 1963, son of April D. (Thomas) and the late Larry E. Trochelman. He graduated from Dunbar High School ~ Class of 1981; following high school, he served in the U.S. Marine Corp from 1981 – 1985. Tom was a Senior Sales Account Manager for American Cutting Edge in Miamisburg. He was proud to be an organ donor. Tom was very strong in faith and a devoted Christian. He loved sharing his faith, and leading others to the Lord. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by 2 sons, Cpl. Derek Dixon and Marcus White; a granddaughter, Rayna Danielle White; his grandmothers, Margaret "Gram" Thomas and Esther Trochelman; his aunt Carol Thomas; and his father and mother-in-law, Rev. Floyd & Lela Carpenter. He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Ercel (Carpenter) Trochelman; his children, Nicholas "Nick" White, Randy (Ashleigh) White, Danny (Kara) White, Melinda (Jarrett) Newport, Angelina Martin, Tori (fiancé David Evers) Trochelman; his mother, April Thomas; 17 grandchildren: Korey, Sydney, Logan, Kasey, Skylar, Kenlie, Leela, Daricka, Jarrett Jr., Jayden, Kaleb, Joey, Elleigh, Kayleigh, Kevin Jr. and Jordyn; his sister, Laura (Geoff Bock) Cotton; numerous nieces and nephews. A Visitation will be held 10 a.m. – 12 p.m., Thursday January 2, 2025, at the ALT (Abundant Life Tabernacle), where the Funeral Service will follow at 12 p.m., with Pastor James A.
