Thomas "Tom" Edward Tucker, 81, of Live Oak, TX passed away on July 1, 2025. Tom was born on July 7, 1943 to John and Edna Tucker in Chelsea, MA.
Tom was a proud retired veteran of the United States Air Force serving 20 years. He also worked for the Army for 20 years after his retirement from active duty. Tom was an avid horse racing fan his whole life and loved going to Retama Park where he could watch simulcast racing with his close friends. Tom also loved coaching little league baseball for his sons Rob and Colin. Tom was proud to become "Popop" to his grandson, Colton, in 2012.
Tom was father to Robert and Colin Tucker, Lisa Harry, and Todd Taylor.
Tom joins his father, John Tucker; his mother, Edna Tucker; brothers, Robert, Richard, and John Tucker Jr.; and sister, Rosemarie Cunio (Tucker) in the Lord's Kingdom.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations in his name to The Purple Heart Foundation, he Veterans Association, or any other Veteran's group.
