Thomas Angelo Vitro, Jr, 61, of
Fleischmanns, NY, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, May 26, 2023.
He was born on December 22, 1961, in
White Plains, NY, to Joyce Ferrando Garofalo and the late Thomas Angelo Vitro, Sr. Thomas enjoyed camping, riding his Harley with his longtime close friends, and being outdoors. He loved his family and spending time with them, especially his granddaughter, Olivia.
He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Angelo Vitro, Sr., and stepbrothers, Greg Garofalo and Sam Garofalo, Jr.
In addition to his mother and step-father, Joyce and Sam Garofalo, he is survived by his children, Thomas Angelo Vitro, III and fiancé Chelsey Lewis, and Deanna Vitro Aversano and husband Pete; sisters, Amy Vitro and partner Kutasha Silva, Alaina Vitro Piquero and husband Manuel, Andrea Vitro Bechy and husband James; brother, David Vitro and wife Christy; stepbrothers, John Garofalo and wife Diane, Gary Garofalo; stepsister, Debbie Delouomo; granddaughter, Olivia Vitro; longtime companion Tracy Peters and her three children, mother of his children, Debbie Westerfeld, and numerous nieces and nephews.
