I have always wondered how Tommy was doing. He was a special guy. His brothers may not remember me but I think back and remember our high school days. For me, it was baseball in the Stan Stoklosa days. God bless Tommy. You were THE BEST!

My deepest sympathy to Tom's family. He was a great athlete and an outstanding person. Whenever we talked, he always mentioned how we caught passes from Joe Namath at the New England Sportsman's Show in 1965. Rest in peace.

I can remember playing baseball and football against Tommy for years. He was one of my era's best all around athletes. He was an even better person to all of us. Very sad day in Lowell today. God bless Tommy Whalen he was the best....

My sincere sympathy to the Whalen Family. I played Little League baseball with Tommy and Kenny at the Bartlett Field in the Acre. He was a Tiger and I an Oriole. I remember Tom as a terrific athlete and as he got older an inspiration to the younger kids. May he Now Rest in Peace!!
