Thomas Wade Wright

Thomas Wade Wright (Wedge) 35, went to be in his mother's arms forever on March 23, 2024, in Jacksonville, Florida. He was born on September 13, 1988, to George Wright Jr (Butchie) and Belinda Wright. Wedge leaves behind his father, Butchie Wright; brother, George Wright III (Bubba); daughter, Candy Lynn Wright; Grandmother, Faye Cowart; aunts, Rose, and Janie; cousins, Roger, Tonya, Daniel, Tiffany, Billy, and Hunter and close family friend, Sabrina Stafford.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Belinda Wright; sisters, Candy Marie and Katisha Lynn Wright, Papa Tommy, Papa Red, Grandma Marylou, Uncle Mike, Aunt Mecie, Uncle Johnny and cousin, Millie Faye.
Wedge loved the outdoors and was always working in the yard or fishing in his secret spots. Wedge never met a stranger and would have done anything to help anyone. He will be dearly missed by many here on Earth, but he is now at peace with his mother and sisters.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 30th, 2024, at noon at Cedar Bay Funeral Home on New Berlin Road with Pastor Micah Strickland officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
