Met Tom in the 1980's while I was working as a C/O in Carbon County Corrections. Tom served the inmate population as a D&A counselor. We shared in many good laughs and life experiences during these days. Always had my respect and admiration. He was always looking to help someone! Rest easy Tom. I'll never forget you, our conversations and the impact you had on others!
