Thor H. Ruck, 67, of Port St. Lucie, passed away peacefully surrounded by family under the care of Treasure Coast Hospice on October 30, 2023. Thor had battled Parkinson’s Disease for eight years.
Thor was born in Reykjavik, Iceland and moved to New Jersey with his mom when he was eight years old. He served proudly in the United States Air Force. He worked alongside his dad, Donald Ruck, as Vice President of Cranbury Sheet Metal for many years. He then combined his passion for motorcycles with his next venture which was being part owner of Cooper’s Honda, a Honda motorcycle dealership in New Jersey.
Thor loved being outdoors, riding motorcycles, cheering for the Philadelphia Eagles and New York Yankees, and being surrounded by his family, friends, and pets. All who had the privilege of knowing Thor know what a kind, easy-going man he truly was to everyone.
Thor is survived by his wife, Emily; daughter, Kristin, and her fiancé, Bill; son, Alex, and his wife, Caroline; sister, Adrian; sister-in-law, Laura; granddaughter, Savanna; grandson, Liam; and his nieces and nephews. Thor was predeceased by his son, Eric, and his parents, Sigga and Don Ruck.

A memorial gathering will be held Sunday, November 12, 2023 from 12PM to 1PM with a Memorial service to start at 1PM at the Haisley Tribute Center 2041 SW Bayshore Blvd Port St. Lucie, FL 34984.
