Threessa Davis Obituary
Threessa Davis, 87, of Benton, passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 3, 2026, at her home.
Threessa was born in Murray, on Oct. 19, 1938, to the late Alfred and Elsie Overby. She managed the Benton Elementary School Cafeteria for many years before retiring. Threessa was a member of Church Grove United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her daughter, Tina Blevins of Calvert City; two grandsons, Jake Blevins (Cheyanne) of Atlanta, Georgia, and Bryan Blevins of Calvert City; and three great-grandchildren, Addy Blevins, Lucy Blevins, and Reese Blevins.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas E. Davis; son, David E. Davis; daughter, Margaret Kay Davis; son-in-law, Richard Blevins; brothers, Jerry and Bobby Overby; and her parents.
A funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 7, 2026, at Collier Funeral Home with the Rev. Samantha Hall officiating. Interment will follow at Temple Hill Cemetery, Almo.
Visitation will begin at 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 7, 2026, at Collier Funeral Home.
Memorial contributions may be made to Church Grove United Methodist Church, 2656 Main St., Benton, KY 42025.
