Tiffaney Janice Obituary

Published by Legacy on May 29, 2024.
Tiffaney Faith Janice, 37, was born March 17, 1987, in Selma, Alabama to Danny Roper and Theresa Tarver. She was a resident of Sulphur, Louisiana where she was a member of Fullness of Joy Ministries, Inc. Tiffaney loved to cook for her family, and spending time with her mom and sisters. She enjoyed going to the nail shop and playing Roblox. Tiffaney's love for her children and husband was so fierce and unrelenting. She even kept her pink baseball bat ready to defend, if need be. Another friend of the family often referred to her as "Mama Bear". Tiffaney's favorite food to eat was anything her husband cooked for her...mainly his chicken sausage alfredo pasta. Tiffaney touched so many lives with her infectious laughter and was a good mediator between friends and family. Mrs. Janice departed this life Friday, May 24, 2024, in a New Orleans hospital. She leaves to cherish her memories, her husband, Josias Janice; daughters, Jayla Budwine, Kenya Roper, Nevaeh Janice, and La"Niya Janice; sons, Antonio Roper and Josias Janice; mother, Theresa Tarver; sisters, Rebecca Roper, Candi Roper, Crystal McClleland, and Brittany Roper; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Danny Roper; and brother, Dylan Tarver. Her visitation will be Saturday, June 8, 2024, from 9AM with her funeral following at 11AM, at Miracle Deliverance Church located at 3940 E. Burton Street in Sulphur. Apostle Eale Malveaux will officiate. Burial will be in Big Woods Cemetery, under the direction of James Funeral Home.
