I just learned of Tim's passing, and I'm both sad he has passed and grateful he was in my life. Thanks for being you, Tim, and for the cherished memories. What a cool guy - smart, funny, talented and, as a kid and later teenager, always spoke of desire to be law enforcement professional, which he realized and served with marvelous distinction. We met in elementary school, attended same high school -where we played in jazz bad together -and we later attended same university. I never had pleasure to meet his family, but to them, and all who mourn his passing, I send love, prayers and thoughts that any grieving void in their hearts and spirits be filled with the love, laughter and joy that was and will forever be Tim Chesser!

My name is Michael McMain. I am an attorney with Busald Funk Zevely in Florence, Kentucky. It was through Tim's employment with the Florence Police Department that I got to know and work with him. I dealt with Tim on many occasions and even though we were not on the same team, he was alwasy very respective. I considered him a friend. I last saw him at the Kenton County Courthouse. It was always a pleasure to speak with him especially about the old times. It was a privilege to work with for so many years. I am very sorry for everyone's loss. I will keep his family in my thoughts and prayers.
