The last time I saw Tim was at the service station close to his house. Well I say close, he must have walked quite a way away, anyway I asked him if he wanted a ride home so I drove him home. We chatted for the first time in well over 5 years. It was great and I really enjoyed it. It was great to see him smile. I just wished I had stayed in touch. The time before that we went to coffee and he forgot to tell me he had high blood sugar issues.. and he didn't tell me into like an hour into our coffee time...we were both laughing by the time I got him home I was scared I had caused him to have a spiked blood sugar and was afraid to leave him alone! We giggled and had a grand old time that day. It was one of the best days we had ever had!
He is going to be so missed! He and I used to have such great conversations! I am keeping his family in my thoughts and prayers.
