Mr Tim Hearne

Timmy Dean Hearne, age 57 of the Petros Joyner Community ended his watch of service, April 22, 2015 at Park West Hospital where he battled cancer until the very end. He was a member of Big Mountain Church and a faithful Christian. Mr. Hearne was born in Stillwater, Oklahoma on October 24, 1957. After graduation from Oliver Springs High School he served 2 years in the United States Army. Mr. Hearne worked at Morgan County Correctional Complex for the last 16 Years, and was beloved by all he worked with. In his early years he was a skilled laborer for Silvercrest, Lbd, owned by Clyde Drummond. Tim was known for his Harmonica playing and singing with the Roy Freels group. He was preceded in death by his father: William F. Hearne Jr., mother: Velma Louise Louis Hearne and Father in-law: James T. Jones. He is survived by his wife of 18 years: Cindy Jones Hearne Brother: William Franklin (Buddy) Hearne III and partner Ersel Day Mother in-law: Sue Jones Sister in-law Robyn Jones Special Relative: Judy Duncan His beloved dog: Benji Tim had very many beloved special friends and relatives Mr. Hearne's battle with cancer began July of 2014 and he fought to the very end, always talking about his love for Jesus and knowing where he would spend eternity. The family will receive friends Sunday, April 26, 2015 from 1:00 to 4:00PM at Schubert Funeral Home, Wartburg. Funeral services will follow at 4:00PM with Bro. Stewart Sloan and Bro. Jason Lowe officiating. Interment will be in the Union Cemetery with Military Honors.
