Timothy Guy Van Orden (64) formerly of Livingston Montana, passed away on January 11th, 2023 surrounded by his children. Timothy, known as Tim, was born to Dolores and Velferd Van Orden on December 31st, 1958 in Livingston Montana. In his youth, Tim was always known as the life of the party, something which continued into his adulthood. Tim followed in his father's footsteps and had a successful career working for Montana Rail Link in many capacities. Through his work, he made many lifelong friends. Tim was married as a young man, a union that lasted 21 years. Ultimately the marriage ended, however, it resulted in two daughters and three grandchildren of which he was so proud. Tim enjoyed his regular breakfasts with his son-in-law Brandon, talking politics and anything to do with science fiction and technology. His amazing intellect, witty poems, and sense of humor will greatly be missed. May you finally feel peace Papa T.
Tim is preceded in death by his parents Dolores and Velferd Van Orden and numerous aunts and uncles. Tim is survived by his daughters Jennifer Schaff (Brandon), Sarah Snodgrass (Jon), his grandchildren Lilly Schaff, Nora and Sam Snodgrass as well as his sister Debra Johnson (Larry).
