Almost a year has gone by and Tim is brought up in conversation quite often here at the Wastewater Treatment Plant (he's somewhat of a legend down here).
The one story that always makes me smile and laugh to myself when I think of it is: Tim hadn't been here for very long when he came to me with a problem that needed a solution with a process at the plant. I told him to think about it, really get into it, "be the waste water process!"
Tim looked like he was really contemplating the problem and put two fingers on each side of his head while squinting and looking at me and said "BE THE PROBLEM"..........I said I think you got it Tim and he said one more time "BE THE PROBLEM"........And I said, wait a minute that's not right, Don't be the problem!!! He immediately broke out into laughter.
It makes me smile every time I think about it.

I've been missing Tim for a long time here at the Wastewater Treatment plant, so full of life, so passionate in all he did. His laugh was contagious. May God bless Tim in heaven and his family here.
