Timothy Joseph Baka

I was deeply saddened to learn of Tim´s passing. Tim was my roommate at Kings Point, and I´ll always remember his dry wit, quiet intelligence, and steady friendship through the long days and nights of our time at the Academy. He had an engineer´s curiosity and a craftsman´s patience - qualities that stayed with him throughout his life and career.

Reading about his family, his creative pursuits, and the many ways he brought joy to others, I can see the same thoughtful, genuine person I knew back then. My heartfelt condolences to Cathy, Dianne, Lynda, Melissa, and all who loved him.

Fair winds and following seas, Tim. You´ll be remembered with respect and affection by your USMMA Class of ´80 shipmates.
