I grew up close to Tim's parents and went to school with his late brother Brad, so had the pleasure of knowing them most of my life. Tim and Ironworker "Bob" took great care of my factory custom built Harley Davidson motorcycles.
Tim was a great business man, had a great sense of humor and was 100% honest and trustworthy! I shipped him brand new take off parts from various Harley Davidson Performance Garages I used and would not see him for a year or two as I live in Florida. When I stopped in to say hello unannounced, he always would open up his cash register and hand me a envelope from the proceeds from my part sales. I never even thought to ask! That is just the kind of genuine "stand up" person he was!
As a teen, I remember the old "Bart's Bar" down river which his father owned and ran, many years ago, back in the day!
Tim was tough as nails, as I remember when Tim laid his bike down going into the bend on his motorcycle on Water Street when he the the railroad tracks!
He bounced back fast, shook it off and did what he new best, got back on a motorcycle and kept on riding. Tim, you and Brad left us all way to soon, but now you can rest in peace and may your legacy live on forever!
