He was born October 22, 1972, in Charleston, South Carolina, to Joseph David Bell and the late Jennifer Lee Bell.
Tim enjoyed a fulfilling career as an independent contractor, dedicating his talents to a variety of technological projects for his clients. He will be remembered for his resourcefulness, dedication, and the care he brought to his work and relationships.
He is survived by his father, Joseph David Bell, and his daughter, Elysha L. Embry.
