Timothy Booker, Jr. Obituary
Timothy Francis Booker, Jr., 46, of Washington; formerly of Avella, passed away unexpectedly and tragically on Sunday morning March 8, 2026 due to injuries sustained in a traffic accident on Interstate 70.
He was born on September 10, 1979 in Bladensburg, MD a son of Timothy F. Booker, Sr. of Maryland and Connie Dinch Booker (James Rubin) of Slovan.
He enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, gambling, was an avid sports card collector and watching sports; being a fan of the Washington Redskins (Commanders). Tim was funny, always making others laugh and always had a story to tell.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brothers Teddy Roberts (Sierra) of Washington and Joey Roberts of Avella; sisters Tracey Golliday (Quinten) of Hiram, GA, Anna Chance (Kerry) of Morgantown, WV, Nikki Barrett (Steve) of Wellsburg, WV and Brittany Roberts (Gary Crouser) of Avella; nieces Monique, Jada, Sasha, Kameryn, Rhiannon; nephews Justin, Leland, Tommie, Tyler, Garrett, Thomas, Jordan and Jaxon; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his son Timothy F. Booker, III; paternal grandparents John and Dorothy Booker; maternal grandparents Shirley and Earl Dinch; and his stepfather Teddy Roberts, Sr.
A Memorial Service Celebrating his Life is being planned and will be announced at a later date.
