He cherished and deeply loved his wife Sarah and sons, Zach and Jacob. He worked hard throughout his life as a public servant throughout Wayne County including Wooster's Parks and Recreation, Building Inspector for the city of Wooster and lab technician for Wooster's Water Treatment plant. He retired from the University of Akron Wayne College Maintenance department in 2025. He shared his love of nature with his family, instilling in his sons a deep connection to the land, taking adventures together to state and national parks and going on hunting trips with his father and brother.
In addition to his loving wife, Sarah, Tim is survived by two sons, Zach Brenneman of Wooster, and Jacob (Joann) Brenneman of Wooster; one granddaughter, Esther Brenneman; mother, Susan Brenneman of Orrville, four sisters, Koni (Charley) Kasik of Foxpoint, WI, Julia Mitchell of Bath, Emily Judy of Medina, and Elizabeth (Curtis) Wolfe of San Antonio, TX; brother, Robert (Joelynn) Brenneman of Moores Hill, IN; two sister-in-laws, Paula (Dwight) Gerber of Goshen, IN and Carole (Bob) Chell of Sioux Falls, SD; brother-in-law, James (Barb) Geiser of Wooster; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Tim was first and foremost a family man, needing little more than his wife, sons and a good meal at home together to feel complete. He was also full of compassion and always a gentleman, treating everyone he came across with respect, a listening ear and sincere gratitude.
