Timothy Paul Cox, 34, of Owensboro, passed away on Saturday, August 19, 2006 in Owensboro. He was born in Daviess Co., Ky. He had worked as a supervisor for the Kimball International Co. and was a member of Hawesville Baptist Church. He was a graduate of Hancock Co. High School, and loved Nascar racing, had a great love for animals, and was loved very much by his family. He was preceded in death by his mother, Jonell Cox on Dec. 19, 1994.
Surviving is his wife, Shannon Cox of Louisville, two sons, Nathan & Dillon Cox, and a stepson, Zachary James, all of Borden, Ind., His father and stepmother, Paul & Ruth Ann Cox , Jr. of Hawesville, maternal grandmother, Gladys Boone of Owensboro, paternal grandmother, Mary Ann Smithhart of Owensboro, a brother, Jeremy Cox of Lewisport, a stepbrother, Robby Riggs and a stepsister, Wendy Goff, both of Owensboro, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Services will be at 2:00 P.M. Monday, August 21, at the Glenn Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in Elmwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1:00-6:00 P.M. Sunday and after 10:00 A.M. Monday at the funeral home.
