So sorry for your loss: I remember him as "Uncle Tim" close friend of my father ( Edward E. Grazda). Our families vacationed together on Cape Cod circa 1956.

Chuck, Madeline and Family you will be in our prayers today. Mr Dowd was gentle man and we are so happy that we met him in Ireland for the first time years ago. He was a devoted man to his family a legacy that will be carried on through his children. God bless Mr Dowd's life. Our love to you all.
