Timothy James Ebenhoeh Jr. "Homer" of New Lothrop, passed away unexpectedly on September 18th, 2023 at the age of 37.
Homer was born November 29th, 1985. He was a 2004 graduate of New Lothrop High School where he earned All-State in wrestling. He was a three time wrestling state champion and New Lothrop's only high school All-American. He was known as a fierce competitor both on and off the mat and gave his all in everything that he did.
He married Brooke Wyn on August 23, 2014 and together they had two beloved children, Natalie and Ace. Tim was a devoted father and his world revolved around his children. He loved creating memories with his family at Hubbard Lake. When he wasn't spending time with his family he enjoyed golf, traveling and playing poker in Las Vegas. Homer was a loyal friend and lived his life to the fullest. He was motivated, driven, passionate, and his energy and perseverance impacted many. Though he will be dearly missed, his legacy will continue to live on.
He is survived by Brooke Ebenhoeh and children, Natalie and Ace Ebenhoeh. Parents Tim and Linda Ebenhoeh, Sisters Candice (Jeff) Smale, Kaitlin (Roger) Wilcox, father in-law, Doug Wyn, brother in-law Eric (Katie) Wyn and nephews Cameron Wilcox, Brayden and Hudson Smale, and Nash and Tanner Wyn.
He was preceded in death by his mother-in-law, Michelle Wyn, beloved grandparents, Jim and Esther Krupp and Howard and Bonnie Ebenhoeh, cousins, Troy Wendling and Jeni Legget, uncles, Keith Krupp, Jerry Birchmeier, and Greg Wirgau.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Michael's Parish of Maple Grove on Friday, September 22, at 11AM, with visitation beginning at 10AM. The family will receive friends at McGeehan Funeral Homes, New Lothrop Chapel, 9405 Butternut Street, New Lothrop, on Thursday, September 21, from 1-8PM, with a Vigil Service at 7PM. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to his children's college fund. For further information please phone 989-845-3420.
