Timothy Feis Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by All Faiths Cremation Service, LLC - West New York from May 29 to May 30, 2025.
Timothy Feis, 58, of Old Bridge, NJ, passed away too soon on May 26, 2025, leaving behind cherished memories and a legacy of kindness, strength, and warmth. Born on August 18, 1966, Tim was a 1984 graduate of Madison Central High School, where he played on the basketball team and developed a lifelong love for the sport. Standing tall at 6'9", Tim was often asked how tall he was-but it was his big heart and easy smile that truly made him stand out.

A devoted fan of the NBA and the Dallas Cowboys, Tim loved watching sports, especially NFL Sundays. He also enjoyed trips to the beach, swimming in the ocean, and getaways to Atlantic City. One of his favorite places was Monmouth Raceway, where he loved watching and betting on the horses.

Tim was a gentle giant with a heart of gold-always willing to lend a hand and put others before himself. He never failed to bring a smile, even in the toughest of times. Heaven has truly gained another angel.

He is predeceased by the love of his life, Jean Heid; his father, Michael Feis Jr.; and his mother, Lorraine Feis.

Tim is survived by his brother, Michael Feis III, and his wife Melissa of Cape Canaveral, FL; his sister, Susan Cirilo, and her husband John of Lodi, NJ; his niece Virginia and her husband John of Groton, CT; his nephew Michael Feis IV ("Mickey") of South Amboy, NJ; and nephew Christian Cirilo of Lodi, NJ. Though he had no children of his own, Tim was a devoted and fun-loving uncle who adored his niece and nephews. He is also survived by two loving aunts, Rita Silagyi of North Carolina and Karen Giardelli of New Jersey, along with many cousins and friends who will forever hold his memory close.

Tim was truly one of a kind and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Services will be private.

In lieu of flowers or gifts to the family, please consider making a donation in honor of Tim to the GoFundMe pages of his niece Virginia or his brother Michael, both of whom are currently fighting cancer.
